Many programs available tailored to your unique body
Fitness Assessment and Program Design
Each member has the option to complete a complimentary Fitness Assessment and Program Design every 3 months. This allows one of our Exercise Physiologists to conduct a series of performance fitness tests to aid in the design of your program. In addition, a Fitness Instructor will design a personalized workout program for you after your assessment. They will help with showing you how to set the machines and find the right amount of weight.
RENEW Weight Management Program
RENEW Small Group Training consists of both conditioning and strength training in a 30-minute low-impact circuit workout. The groups usually consist of 3-5 people. This allows the Personal Trainer to focus on each person and coach proper exercise technique to maximize benefit, while minimizing injury risk.
Whether you’re interested in losing, maintaining, gaining or shifting your body composition, the RENEW Program has you covered. Boasting twelve (12) 30-minute small group training sessions per month with a personal trainer to keep you motivated and engaged, and a monthly Wellness coaching session to implement strategies to make your time inside and outside of the gym work for you, you’re sure to achieve your goals.
Flex and Stretch
The Flex and Stretch Program is an assisted stretching service where a stretching coach leads the body through a series of stretches individualized for each client. Each client’s body is different and we strive to ensure a safe and personalized stretch for each client. After an initial assessment, the stretching coach will work to treat overactive and underactive muscles in the body.
PT Consultation
Thinking about getting a personal trainer? The PT consultation is great way to get started as it includes an evaluation, goal setting session and (2) 30-minute training sessions.
Youth Personal Training
Specialized personal training designed for children and adolescents, focused on improving fitness, sports performance and overall physical health.
Private or Semi-Private Sessions
Involves either one-on-one coaching between you and a personal trainer, or a small group (typically 2 to 4 people) working with one trainer.
Small Group Training
Small group training typically ranges from 3 to 10 people and combines the benefits of personalized coaching with the social and motivational aspects of group workouts. Small group training also includes the Les Mills Grit Series.
Half or Full-Hour Sessions
Session times are customizable to align with your schedule and personal health goals.
Training Packages
